Paper filing

1. Type information on the screen as it would be typed on the form itself.  Or import the data in via CSV file format or Excel.
    

2. Insert the form in your printer and the software will print perfectly on top of the form. You can adjust and save top and left alignments at any time.
    

3. Print the form and data separately for personal records.

It's as simple as 1, 2, 3!

Data entered may be stored/saved anywhere on your hard drive or to external diskettes for quick retrieval.

Electronic filing

Med Claim Software outputs the data from CMS-1500 form to a "Print Image" file format.  The Print Image file is the same thing as if you were printing a claim out to paper but without the lines.  It is a text file that can be opened with a program such as Notepad, Wordpad, or any other text editor.

Clearinghouses can easily import a print image file and convert it to ANSI 837p and electronically submit to for billing.
