How many users are included with CMS-1500 paper filing software?
The $99 annual CMS-1500 license includes up to two users. A $199 annual option includes up to five users.
Can I test the software before purchasing?
Yes. Download the free trial and test data entry, saving, importing, and printing with sample information.
Does the software run on a Mac?
The programs are Windows desktop applications and do not run natively in macOS. A Mac would need a properly licensed Windows environment.
Can the software be used on a network?
The software can use files stored in a location available to licensed users. Test the workflow in your environment and contact support with network-specific questions.
How quickly can I activate the software?
The online checkout provides activation instructions after a successful order.
What happens when I get a new computer?
Use the program’s license-return option when available, then contact support with the old return information and the new user ID.
How long can I use the software?
CMS-1500 is a $99 annual 2-user license. UB-04, ADA Dental Claim, and CMS-485 each use a $99 one-time 1-user registration passcode and may be used as long as you like.
Can I print more than one claim?
Yes. The programs can print individual claims and support batch-printing workflows.
Can I import data?
CMS-1500 software can import supported Excel and CSV layouts. Sample files and instructions are available on the Import page.
