30-day software return policy

Software purchases are eligible for a refund request within 30 days of purchase. Contact us before returning or deactivating a product so we can provide the required instructions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the request is reviewed and any required license return is completed.

Electronic delivery

Software and fillable PDF products are delivered electronically. Download and activation instructions are provided during or after checkout. Keep a copy of your order confirmation and activation information.

Pricing and tax

Prices may change. The price displayed during checkout is the price charged for the order. Applicable sales tax, when required, is calculated during checkout.

Privacy

We collect information needed to process orders, provide support, maintain licenses, and respond to customer requests. We do not sell customer contact information to third-party marketers.

Please do not send patient health information by email. Use sample or non-sensitive data when describing a technical issue.
